Return & Exchange

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased from Sartoapparel.com

 

Conditions for Returns

In order for the items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The items were purchased within the last 90 days
  • The items are returned in original packaging
  • The items are unworn and unwashed
  • The items have all original tags attached

Sarto Apparel reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale can not be refunded.

 

Returning Goods

To start a return, please contact us at info@sartoapparel.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for the risk of returning the items to Sarto Apparel.

Sarto Apparel cannot be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost in return shipments. Sarto Apparel is unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product:

  • All conditions apply
  • Item(s) can only be exchanged for a different size or color

Sarto Apparel will reimburse you no later than 14 business days from the day on which Sarto Apparel receives the returned items. Sarto Apparel will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. 

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that Sarto Apparel can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Sarto Apparel will not accept returns for sale or discounted items.

 

Refunds

Sarto Apparel will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. Sarto Apparel will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
